Committed to Longevity

Our team is focused to constructing seawall panels that meet increased demands for longevity and durability. We also prepare high-quality panels to ensure seawall durability. We offer a limited lifetime warranty for all new seawall construction.

Panel Replacement

Concrete is the material we recommend most often for seawall construction. Concrete is a solid choice to shield your property because it is stronger and structurally sound that other construction materials. Once the panels are poured and dried, they are then installed on your property, along with the usual on-site work such as capping and finishing.

Vinyl is a viable substitute to traditional concrete seawalls in cases where space for large backhoes and other large seawall installation equipment is restricted. Used in conjunction with a deadman anchoring system and concrete reinforcement, it is an excellent defense against erosion. However, in order for a seawall to be a perfect candidate for vinyl, it has to be completely vertical.

Town & Country Seawalls is one of the few companies that can make its own precast concrete panels. We even mix our concrete on-site. Independent laboratories regularly test our concrete to ensure top-quality products for your next seawall.

We’ve Been Building For Over 20 years

Installing Seawalls in Westchase

Seawalls can be more complex than some might envision. Each panel must be buried at least 40-45% of the seawall bed. Sea-walls are not inserted by hammering, but are inserted by stirring up the canal bed.
To keep the seawall off the landward side, we place deadman anchors every 10 feet. They are pressed about 15 feet below the ground. Otherwise prone to rust, these deadman anchors need to be made from epoxy-coated steel rebar. They should be also covered with a poly pipe sleeves. The concrete cap of the seawall is finished by sealing the end of the rebar that attaches to the seawall cap.

On most of our jobs, we pour our seawall caps on-site and then fasten the various components together. Town & Country Seawalls often uses further structural support material to its seawall cap by using custom-made-stirrup-shaped rebar.
